On tap at Barrel Theory, pours black with almost no head. Nose is full of rich bourbon barrels, light smokiness, plenty of coconut, and roasted peanuts. Flavour is very rich and complex, with intense coconut, roasted peanuts, and massive, complex bourbon barrel presence. Wonderful cohesion, despite the high sweetness. Delicious BA pastry.

Dark black body thin tan head. Vanilla caramel fruit chocolate wood aroma. Vanilla coconut chocolate wood toffee flavor. Full body low carbonation. 8/5/9/4/18 4.4

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a brown head that dissipates quickly and nearly completely. Aroma has lots of roasted nuts with bourbon, dark grains and some coconut underlying. Flavor combines roasted nuts and coconuts well with a bit of dark grain, bourbon and roasted malts supporting.
