On tap at Sociable, pours a clear ros� with a small white head. Aroma is soft and subtle, with gentle cranberries and crisp apple skins. Flavour is dry, tart, dry cranberries, crisp apple skins, and a touch of hay. Simple but dry and easy. Solid enough.
