Intensely nutty and roasty with some dry cocoa powder, coconut, pecans, coffee, chocolate and syrup. Quite massive and thiccc pastry overdose. Nice.

2024 vintage. On tap at Pulpit Rock, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of intense toasted pecans, a little coconut, and dark sugars. Flavour is rich, with intense roasted pecans upfront, followed by oodles of coconut, and light roast. Wonderful incorporation of the pecans and coconut. Awesome non-BA pastry.
