On tap at Giant Jones, pours a cloud golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of twigs, floral notes, light sugars, and a touch of esters. Flavour seems like a Belgian at base, with gentle esters, subtle floral notes, and then the branches. Needs more branches and earthy stuff to really convince me as a proper sahti; as is, it�s more like an earthy, sprucey Belgian. Decent.

(Tap) hazy, bright yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of lilies, ink, compote; lightly sweet flavour with a long, medium bitter sweet finish
