Bottle pour at Second City, pours a deep dark mahogany, no head. Aroma is full of tart currant, pithy raspberry, and deep honey nectar. Flavour is rich, with tons of rich honeyberry and just enough acidity from the currant, with a tinge of raspberry. There�s clearly honey presence but it�s buried beneath the berry. Wonderful.
