500mL bottle, pours a crystal clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is very floral, with lots of yuzu, some wild yeast, and a touch of white wine. Flavour is very floral, with plenty of perfumey notes, some wild yeast, and lightly acidic, floral yuzu on the finish. Not particularly complex but itοΏ½s clean and easy-drinking. Decent.
