Red, red wine. A peppery saison that goes to my head. Dark fruit jam I just can’t forget. Aged with Hungarian oak.

On tap at The Barley Merchant, pours a clear bright rose red with a small white head. Aroma is estery, with floral notes, some gentle berries, and a touch of grape skins. Flavour is incompetent, with lots of estery notes, fermented out cotton candy, and light grape skins. This is messy and uncoordinated. Crappy.
