Let it be known. Judgement was made and the people have chosen. The hops have risen, and dark malts laid to rest. Holy Bones CDA has been resurrected as Holy Bones WCIPA, honoring the original spirit while embracing a brighter, hoppier visage. Its flavor profile unfolds like a liquid sermon, with resonant notes of citrus, resinous pine, and a hint of tropical fruit, all coming together in sacred harmony.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has bittering citrus hops and crisp biscuity malt, though the hops don't seem particularly characteristic. Flavour is much the same, with bright citrusy hops, crisp biscuity malt, and just a hint of pine. Again, the hops aren't particularly characteristic -- no idea what varietals were used -- but it's clean, fresh and well-balanced. A bit of a letdown in the hop expression, but competently made.

On tap pours out dark golden topped with sand head. Nose is pine citrus some bubblegum sweetness and roast. Taste is more of the nice hop combo some sweetness and a nice malt kick. Pretty interesting one here.
