We are all about the hops, and for us it doesn’t get any better than the crisp, clean bitterness of a classic West Coast IPA. Old-school hop varietals give you that throwback vibe, while the light body and dry finish keep you coming back for more.

On tap at Hundred Mile, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has lots of dank hops, some pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is moderately dank, with piney hops, a touch of dank, and biscuity malt. Reasonably well-calibrated hops even if a bit timid. Decent.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a crystal clear pure gold body that supports a near white head. The modest aroma offers up hints of citrus and floral hoppiness. The taste begins with a forward malt profile that was initially off putting. That sensation faded a little as my palate started to focus on the hops. The hoppiness provides a thin citrus juiciness that sinks into a moderate degree of floral and citrus hop bitterness. It stays that way into a fairly crisp bitter hop finish. I'm guessing the hop choice wasn't optimal as the profile didn't self compliment. Solid for the first one out of the shoot.
