For our dear friend we created an Indian chai stout and we rounded it out with a little vanilla. Subtle spices with a full body really compliment desserts and spicy foods. Cheers to 60 my friend.

On tap at Catalyst, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of sprinkles, with burnt sugars and toasted malt. Flavour is dominated by burnt sugars and bullshit sprinkles. Too sweet and adjunct-laden, without the malt complexity to back. Not good.
