A legend in the halls of Catalyst Crafted Ales, we went to the archives to construct a sticky, fruity, and warming beer. Perfect for the winter months by the campfire, we used our favorite German and Belgian malts in this ballet of flavor. This beer is great drank fresh but will age for years if stored properly(38-55 F).

On tap at Catalyst, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, burnt sugars, and toasted bready malt. Flavour has plenty of butterscotch, Belgian yeast, some wood, and caramel malt. A big butterscotch character that dominates. Solid enough.
