Fermented with raspberries.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy reddish pink, no head. Tart raspberries and lactic sourness dominates. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Refreshing raspberry and lemon tartness, but not much complexity. A likable sourish lemonade.

330ml Bottle - Hazy red in colour. Raspberries, strawberries and hints of rhubarb in the aroma. Tangy taste with a nice combination of sweetness and tartness. Notes of raspberries, rhubarb, grain and strawberry jam can be detected. I can even taste pim pim hallon båtar sweets in the finish!

Draught @ Brewers Beer Bar. Pours hazy vibrant pinkish red with a frothy pinkish white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sour and fruity with wheat crackers, raspberries, raspberry hard candy, unflavoured yoghurt, lemon juice and hay. Taste is slightly sour and fruity with wheat crackers, dough, raspberries, lemon juice, hay and raspberry yoghurt. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly tart, slightly dry and light bodied. Finish is slightly sour and fruity with crackers, lemon juice, raspberries, hay and hints of sour milk. Refreshing!Re-rate at several occasions. Just too lacking in fruit and too grainy in the malt profile. Still nicely sour and refreshing but not worth the high marks I originally gave it.
