Bright, crisp, and floral with classic west coast notes of pine and citrus. An addition of an enzyme in the mash makes this beer extra fermentable, leaving it with literally zero residual sugar. The high carbonation and snappy bitterness serve as a balance to the sneaky high ABV and dry body. The name is a lyric from an Incubus song, and is meant to evoke imagery of a sparkling, starry sky.

Sampled from the tap at Lovecraft. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light citrus and a bit of pine with a touch or rind and bread underlying. Flavor has has earthy citrus and light pine with a bit of sweet onion underlying.

On tap at Phantom Fox, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright piney hops, crisp biscuity malt, and a touch of citrus. Flavour is crisp, with lots of bitter piney hops, citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Very bright and crisp. Good stuff.
