On tap at Kings Beer & Wine, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is buggy, with a sort of fermented out honey character, rustic saison yeast, and light earthiness. Flavour is a bit muffled, with rustic saison yeast, earthiness, and low-level phenols. The wild yeast definitely hasn't permeated that well and there are low-level off-flavours I can't ignore. Not disastrous but needs cleaning up.
