We brewed our 1907 ale to celebrate the centerary of the world famous Isle of Man TT Motorcycle Races. That was 2007. In 2008 everybody wanted to know where our 1907 beer was! So we kept on brewing it. After all, if beer tastes this good, you might as well carry on celebrating...
1907 has aromas of tropical fruit, mainly Mango and Pineapple. It is dark gold in colour with smooth malt and fruit on the palate, with a hint of sweetness leading to a dry hoppy after palate.

Cask at GBBF’16, day three, 11/08/16. Clear golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is citric rinds, orange, grains, straw. Taste comprises bread dough, citric tinged straw, melon, tangerine, grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre offering.

Slightly hazy golden beer, creamy white head. Bitter, acidic citrus aroma. Given the strength it’s surprisingly mellow. Light and lemony, tangy on the tongue, some bitterness comes through as you get further through it and it ends up being surprisingly sour on the tongue. Would be sessionable were it not for the strength.

Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Clear yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste some malts, nicely hoppy, ttropical fruits, fruit hops, peach, pineapple piney bitter even slightly. Decent body and cabronation. Quite nice.

Cask at GBBF 3016 - Day 5. Pours clear gold with a fluffy, white head. Nice aroma, citrusy hops, pale bread, tangerine. Light-medium sweet flavour with further tangerine, light rindy bitterness, melon, orange, pale grains. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finale ha with a dash of piney resin, more juicy citrus. Nice cask IPA.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Okells 1907 ].Unclear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, grass, dusty hops. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, orange, caramel, toffee notes, dusty grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Hazy deep gold, small frothy white head, recedes to a thin layer, fairlacing; hoppy nose, grass, bit dusty, light caramel, citrus; taste medium sweet, light bitter, bisquit notes; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, bit spicy mouthfeel; aftertaste mild dry bitter, more bitterness in the finish, herbal notes; overall a crisp and nicely balanced, mild but tasty.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - lemon and pink grapefruit. Taste - more of the same. The pink grapefruit has just enough sweetness to make this not overly sweet. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry balanced finish. Overall - yes, enjoyed this.
