On tap at Ology - Seminole Heights, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of sweet sugars, subdued bourbon, and rice crispy squares. Flavour is rich, with lots of intense sugars, some bourbon, and rice crispy squares. This would for sure be way too sweet and simple without the barrels, which bring a great complexity to it — lots of bourbon and booze on the finish that go well with the sugars. Very good.
