Elderflower Saison
With but a whisper of roses and a song of lavender on their lips, two sweet souls bind together across the ages. A family made with chosen pups completes their circle of love, a union made whole from their shared bond over all creatures furry and four-legged. Hand picked fresh elderflowers, and young hop flowers adorn the palate of this bespoke saison, balancing the top notes of white pepper and subtle floral aromas. Light, elegant and delicate, a beautiful toast to an altogether magical couple.
Brewed for the marriage celebrations in honour of Erica and Jimmy, and their two sweet doggos, Booker & Marley - August 24th, 2024 (and sold to the public at the brewery only).

473mL can, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has some white pepper, some rustic farmhouse notes, and a touch of floral notes. Flavour is on the drier side, with floral, farmhouse notes, light white pepper, and a touch of rustic notes. Rustic, floral, dry enough on the finish. Not getting any elderflower. Very lightly estery. Good.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 16/08/2024). Hazy yellow with small white head. Estery, mild floral, mild saison yeast, light pepper. Average.
