16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Nose is full of musty dry grape skins, plenty of wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is bone dry, with tons of oak, musty grape skins, lots of wild yeast, and low-level acidity. Very dry, buggy, vinous and oaky in great cohesion. Excellent.

Can. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates immediately but has visible carbonation. Aroma has a lot of tart grape with some hay and a bit of earthiness. Flavor has tart grapes throughout with a bit of light funk and a hint of straw backing.
