Straw colour, slight haze, just a thin head. Moderate bitterness, slight fruitiness, restrained but honeyish florals. Modeled in the Westmalle Extra/Chimay Dorée mode, it’s neither of those but it is clean and well-delivered.

On tap @ Parksville Beer Fest. Pours a hay color with moderate head. Aromas of earthy Belgian yeast and toasted malts. Flavor follow same with a good dose of cereal.
