Tap at Buu's Taproom. Bright medium reddish-pink with effervescence but no head. Big ginger nose, with a light tinge of shiso and honey behind it. Flavor is also a somewhat perfumed ginger, light perilla, a touch of honey but moderate sweetness. An interesting, bubbly mead that maybe goes a bit overboard on the flavorings but was tasty.
