Tap at Mother Tree. Koji beer wiht Sorachi Ace hops. Nose is Sorachi Ace, koji rice, sweet honey. Clear, bright golden color. Flavor is honey, melon, bigger Sorachi Ace hops, with their oak, vanilla, lemon, also honey and rice. Interesting.
