Bottle 750ml @ Patricks Pub og Restaurant, Kristiansand
Pours hazy golden with a very small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, apple cider, wood, tart, alcohol and sugar. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, sour and fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is flat.

Sampled at Kristiansand Ølfestival. Unclear orange body with a rather small white head. Nice and complex aroma of pale malt, apple, spices, nuts and a hint of honey. Flavor is also complex, feels a bit apple acidic without really being a sour beer, diferent kints of fruit, spices, nuts and malt. Fine body and a long slightly cider apple kind of acidity. Really interesting with complex freshness. Alcohol is well hidden.

Never had a bottle that exploded like this one; putting a cork and securing it with some plastic/wax instead of a metal cage was not a great idea; there is quite some cleaning to do now, and only one glass left in the bottle.
Corked bottle; bb Oct 2014, L164/120
Muddy light brown color, no head. The aroma has honey (it reminds me of some mead) and yeast, spicy. Muddy mouthfeel, with some honey, some acidity, lemon, and hot alcohol, semi-dry; no bitterness.
Un-understandable.
