Bottle pours out amber red color topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is nice tart cherries some barrel funk and a little cheese. Taste is more of the nice tart sour cherries barrel cheese and some acid.

Bottled. Nose is acetic acid, cherries, caramel, oak. Rich tart flavor, lactic and acetic acids, oak, cherries, chocolate. Well balance, rich, flavorful Flanders Red.
