Our Longfin Lager has become one of the go-to beers with the team at the brewery. A solidly balanced Helles inspired Lager with a clean, slightly hoppy finish that could easily fit in at any German beer garden. We think it’s perfect for enjoying on the beach, the boat or anywhere else you can put an ice chest full of beer.

Draught at the Four Points LAX. Medium to light gold, low head. Bready, malty aroma with low hop content. Enough hop flavor and bitterness to balance but not much more than that. Bready, malty flavor is nice, but uninteresting.

On tap at the Pizza Port Session Ale Fest. Pours with an ultra-pale yellow, water like body, with a huge, resilient, creamy white head. Aroma is a bit of wheaty, spicy, with a touch of corn and light hops. Taste is grainy with a bit of alfalfa, light, refreshing, bready, crisp, lager bitter finish. Fizzy and thin, but what a pale, lager style beer should be.

Sample at the Linda Vista location. This beer pours a clear yellow-gold color with a medium thin and fizzy white head that dissipates quickly. Stringy lacing. Sweet malt and fruit in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of grain and malt, along with notes of fruit and hops. The finish is malty and clean with a sweet aftertaste. Decent overall.
