Um-Bunko is our juicy pale ale - ready for the Summer. Lots of fruity hops and actual fruit hit this one up and in a New England Pale Ale style. Peach, mango passionfruit and Orange mix it up with a belting charge of US Citra and Calypso hops.

Cask at the brewpub, Brighton. Pours hazy light gold with a small head. Aroma is sweet Fruit Salads. Taste has tropical fruit to start and Fruit Salad sweets to finish.

4.2% Fruity pale ale Calypso hops orange passion fruit mango and peach. Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Unfined. Definitely lots of hops. Lots of fruit. Tropical fruit aroma. OK in mouth. More tropical fruit. Light bitterness. It's fine but maybe trying too hard. Ambitious trying to get all those flavours. Perhaps needed to be a higher abv to carry it.
