Die helle und schlanke Weissbierspezialität machte sich in Windeseile einen Namen und wurde zum Renner in Zeil und Umgebung. 2016 überzeugte die Urweisse Hell die Fachjury bei Meiningers International Craft Beer Award und wurde mit der Silbermedaille ausgezeichnet.

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Fruity and wheaty aroma with notes of citrus, banana and apricot, restrained spicy phenols, what I appreciate. Mildly sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Wheaty malty taste with present fruity notes and shy phenolic spice; mildly sweet wheaty and fruity finish. Flawless Weizen, not a particular highlight, just likeable. 30.IX.14

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Aroma of banana, wheat, bread.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein milchig trübes goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, sehr estrig fruchtig, Nelke. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, bananig, Mirabellen, leicht würzig.
