Can. Deep cola brown with a tall, off-white head. Sweet nutty aroma, light pepper, caramel, fresh hay. The flavor is lightly sweet,a touch of hop bitterness from who knows where, a touch of what rye does to beer all smooth and drinkable.

Aroma is moderate malty, rye, roasted, caramel, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, rye, caramel, dark malt, wood.
