Ein frisch aromatisches Bier mit feiner Hefe. Herrnbräu Zwickl, das ist Bier pur - ursprünglich in besonders hoher Qualität.
Im Herrnbräu Zwickl sind noch schwebende Eiweiß- und Hefeteilchen enthalten, die dem Bier die natürliche Trübung verleihen.
Das Zwickl enthält noch alle aus dem Brauprozess stammenden Trübstoffe. Diese Trübstoffe entstehen sowohl aus malzeigenen Eiweißstoffen, als auch durch vitaminreiche Hefezellen. Beim Zwickl werden die schwebenden Hefe- und Eiweißstoffe nicht durch Filtration entfernt, daher schmeckt es besonders vollmundig.

Bottle: Pale golden to golddn, hazy, fruity-grainy nose with a slight bitterness; mild dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, soft; fruity-grainy-sourish finish. Not convincing…

Cloudy yellow, off-white head, good lace. Light fruity, softly hopped unfiltered lager. Balanced and flavourful.

Bottle from BBF. Clear gold with a medium white head. Aroma is light malt. Flavour is malt with some tangy spice and nut. Finish is dry with some pepper

Bottle @ Southern Germany. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy white head. Nose is grain and grass. Flavor is bisquit and grassy hops. Dry and smooth.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond massive foamy head. Delicately yeasty and slightly bready malty aroma with notes of draff, pop-corn and a whiff of grassy hops. Moderately sweet and shy bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Biscuity (cara-)malty taste with shades of herbal and grassy hops, accompanied by a subtle fruity note, especially towards the sweet and restrained bitter finish. 24.IV.12
