Big offwhite head. Clear coppery body with fast carbonation. Earthy fruity barnyard aroma with horse blanket notes. Dry-sweet fruity barnyard and horse blanket taste with orangey floral notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish spicy floral fruity aftertaste with barnyard and wood notes. Finish of barnyard and almost dung. Very interesting and enjoyable. Vivid, clear flavours. (0.5l bottle, I forget where from.)

fast but not very powerful gusher, only a few centiliters rushed out to greet me. cloudy yellow, small fluffy white head.dry euro hoppy aroma, malts, faint floral notes, faint wood. quite nice tasty aroma. flavor is malts, euro hops, a little bit more malts than your usual lager, some nice faint flowery notes, overall a tasty lager with a little bit too much perhaps of a euro-hoppy bitterness, that is just a little bit on the sweet side instead of the dry side of cloying. tastes like quality though.

Hazy amber with a small white head. Malty aroma of bread and grain with brettanomyces and hay. Dry, funky flavour with nice malts and a mild hoppy and bitter finish. My first bretted lager, I think, at least on purpose.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Sweet, malty nose - actually a Bretty note as well?? Medium body, sweet malt again, apple notes and again this Bretty character. Interesting, wonder how this will develop. 301014
