Bottle 330ml. [ As Sparrow Brewery IPA ].[ Trade by DSG ]. Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, - pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet fruit, riped fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140704]

Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, pine, grape and hint of caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long grape and pine finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottled, thanks DSG! Cloudy amber, mid sized head. Generous perfumy grapefruit aroma. Mid dry with light-medium body, crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Sweaty grapefruit, wet grass. Long bitter finish.

Bottle @ Assentoft tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich hops, flowers, malt, caramel and fruits. Nice semi bitter finish.

Bottle. Creamy White excellent fully lasting head. Cloudy amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter perfumed nice flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
