A rye forward ale inspired by a traditional fermented table beverage, popular in Slavic countries since the Middle Ages. Brewed with 40 loaves of local rye bread and raisins, our kvass is slightly spicy, fruity and drinkable.

At the brewery: pours light brown with haze and white head. Super light and not kvassy aroma. Taste is super light. Not like kvass really at all. Very meh.
