Every now and then we take one of our tried-and-true recipes and add a little twist. This is our Mr. Pinkerton American Wheat finished with Saison yeast. You’ll still find the doughy base, Nelson Sauvin hops, tart hibiscus tones and the lovely scarlet rosé hue set off with the distinction of Saison fruit and funk esters. Still dry and berry delicious.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
At the source: poursclear red with a pink head. Aroma is hibiscus and wheat. Taste is very flower. Wheaty. Very light in some sense. Yet flavorful. Yeasty and bready but not forgetting what it is really about. Weird review. Good beer.
