We took a light bodied and refreshing Kolsch and added a touch of sweetness, courtesy of Weston's own, Red Bee Honey. Bee Enlightened has a slightly hazy body, moderate bitterness, floral and honey notes and rounds out with a smooth clean finish.

Pours clear Golden with a thin white head. Aroma of dry wheat notes. Taste has lightly acerbic wheat notes, orange and honey. Sweetness on the back of the tongue, lingering honey.

At the source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is honey and grain. Taste is a little sweet honey whatever. Refreshing and easy drinking. Not super exciting.
