On tap at the source. Really clear deep gold color with a thin white head served with a lemon wedge. Bready crackery cereal graininess with bits of lemon earth and spice to counter. Pretty good.

Description doesn't mention wheat, but everything else screams Witbier. 4 oz. tap pour at the brewery. Clear, pale yellow w/no head or lacing. Aroma is mild fruit & cracker. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, crisp finish as taste. Meh.
