Sample at the brewpub (with "Not too" in front of it). Dark brown pour with a medium tan head that diminishes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt and slight hops. Light-bodied with flavors of burnt malt, chocolate and grassy hops. The finish is sweet with a chocolate malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
