Seriously carbonated gold beer, hazed, with no head possible. American gueuze-like smell, very lemony, Brett, touch of acetic acid. Teethetching sourness, lemon, lemonpeel, lactic acid, some barnyard odours. Bonedry, etching acidity, light body (near overattenuated). The hydrofluoric acid amongst the American Bretts. Seriously, unless you have ulcers or oesophaguscancer, one you HAVE to try.

Bottle at Lost Abbey. Pours with a slightly hazed golden hue with a small white head that succumbs to acidity, fading to a ring. Aromas are insanely floral, oak, white wine, tons of lactic acidity, complex funk, stone fruit, pineapple. Very juicy aromas, brett, straw, and some tropical fruit esters. Flavors are bracingly sour (cleanly though). Mild grainy malt component in the background. Lactic, floral with medium to low acetic. Medium funk, and VERY dry. Some stone fruit, a touch of salinity, with lots of juicy notes towards the finish. Bracing acidity, dry, lively carbonation with a lingering sourness. Saliva inducing finish. More sour than funk right now. Wish this was a bigger release as it was some tasty stuff!
