8 oz. pour on tap at the brewery. Lightly hazy dark brown with red hues, cap of head fading to ring, light viscosity. Aroma subtle roasted malts. Taste is strong roasted malt, earth, hint of dark fruit. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation & finish as taste.

On tap at the source in a plastic cup. Dark brown with tawny edges and a thin off white head that slowly recedes. Rich toasty lightly fruity maltiness offset with some light floral hops. Clean well made brew.
