Bottle 500ml. [ As Bryghuset No5 Jule Dessertøl ].Unclear light to medium amber color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, mead - honey, sweet malt, paint cleaner, pale raisin, moderate to heavy alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, alcohol, honey, paint cleaner, damp stain - fusty honey. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20141227]

Pours golden with a fast fading offwhite head. Aroma malt, sweet dark fruit, honey, wood, spice, alcohol. Flavor is very sweet, malty, honey, caramel, sweet dark fruit, plums, spice, alcohol. Full body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with loads of warming alcohol. 271214

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy amber without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, herbal and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet. Very sweet finish. Oily. Tastes much like a mead. 271214

Murky amber/brown with no head. Aroma is malt, caramel, spices, honey, sugar and ginger. Flavour is malt, sugar, ginger, spices, little perfume and honey.

Bottle. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Honey notes. Spicey notes. Moderate sweet and light bitter flavor. more mead than beer. Average finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg juletasting. No head. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich honey, apples, alcohol, spices and malt. Tastes more like a mead. Very sweet.

Bottle. Pours clear and golden orange, no head. Aroma is oaky, wineous and overripe fruity. Sweet raisins and plums. Sugarish, raisins, plums and figs. Lingering fruity and sweet finish.

Cloudy golden no he’d. Aroma is boozy ,spices malts flavor is sweet as a good mead with lots of spices. Seriously... tastes like a mead.
