750 ml growler filled at the source yesterday. Medium golden color with a decent sized bubbly bone white head. Earthy mineral pine and resin dominate the aroma. Flavor is moderately bready with a solid pine and resin with a hint of citrus. Medium body, over carbonated, bubbly resinous mouthfeel. Great flavorful IPA, but seriously what is going on with your CO2 levels? Prickly carbonic acid changes the mood of this beer in a non positive way.
