On tap at EBF 3/16/13. A soured version of my favorite Mystic beer, yes please! There’s not much roast and chocolate left in this beer and what is left has become slightly chalky. This beer is smooth with a nice cherry tartness and a light fruity sourness. I’m not sure if this was a barrel gone wrong or an experiment, but I really enjoyed this.
