Tap at EBF, Boston. Color is clear light orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, dryness, grapes and malts. Nit much tripel elements.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a hazy golden yellow color with a slight transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising to fill a small white semi-foamy head. Slight lace.
The aroma had some sweet banana, some pear, light green apple, white grapes/vinous and some light freshly cut grass. Subtle bready/Belgian yeastiness at the end.
The flavor blended the sweet to the vinous sour in a nice way. Some pleasant notes of earthy sweetness slide in. Not much of an aftertaste, but finished with a bit more banana sweet, green apple and grassiness.
The feel was medium bodied with a good sipping quality about it. ABV felt as projected. Carbonation felt good. Smooth yet some spicy harshness gently hits.
Overall, pretty good tripel that I could have again as the vinous quality wasn’t overbearing.

One of a large number of samples I had at the Extreme Beer Fest in Boston 3/21/32014. Grape jelly and tripel, interesting.
