[ As Ex Novo Scottish Red ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, nutty, pale malt, caramel, dusty malt, dried fruit notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, fruity, dried fruit, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141227]
