On tap at Cask and Vine Nearly opaque black color with a decent tan head. Big roasted grain and coffee notes with a solid smattering of bourbon and wood. Light vanilla and fruit round us out nicely. silky turning to ashy in the mouthfeel Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. Seems like a stout at times due to the heavy roast and only faint chocolate. That lines so blurry who the hell cares anymore. The bourbon and wood meld nicely and add some great complexity without overpowering this great brew.
