Bottle from the source. Pours a slightly hazy deep straw color with a bone white tightly bubbled head that leaves a moderate amount of stickies on the way down. Peppery grassy earthy bready with a nice floral spicy hop kick to the aroma. Light sulfur is not hugely off putting but is there enough to mention. The flavor is light and bready with hints of earth and citrus. Spicy hop flavors play well with the light peppery yeasty esters. Light to medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. Incredibly quaffable light flavorful Belgian ale.
