This ale is brewed at Klackabacken in Önnestad from water, pilsner and carapils malt and then boiled with cascade hops and spruce shoots before it's fermented with Saison yeast. Because the Ale is unfiltered it might be a bit turbid but it will get clear if kept upright in the fridge for a couple of days. Keep dark and cool.

For a person that likes flavor from the forest. This is a really pleasant and nice ale. Mild pleasant spruce flavor that blended nice with the saison yeast.
Unclear golden color with a fine white head. Mild spruce, Belgian yeast and citric. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and acidity.

Tap at SBWF2015. Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma has light fruityness, citrus and maybe spruce needles. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Sweetish peachy jam flavor, watermelon, light hoppyness. Easy.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, rich lively head. Marzipan, elderflowers and notes of spruce. Mid dry with light-medium body and spritzy mouthfeel. Elderflowers and marzipan dominates, notes of caramel. Mid bitter finish.
