Pours hazy straw into a snifter. White head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Oak and hay aromas. Soft with mild oak and grape front to back. Very little hefe presence left after the aging.

Sampled at the Granite State Brewers Fest. Slightly hazy light golden color with a minimal head. Big vinous chardonnay notes with hints of vanilla and weissbier. Pretty tasty!
