Brewed with our good boyfriends and craft beer collaborators down in Milford, CT, Tribus Brewing. This is our version of a whiskey sour inspired beer. Kettle soured for 2 days, then brewed with orange and lemon zest. Then we fermented it with lemon puree and conditioned it on orange zest and heavy toast oak chips. Sour AF notes of bourbon, oak, candied orange peel and lemon.

Sample at the kickoff party at Hombrewcon Hazy orange amber in color with out much of a head. Tart lemony orange sour with a hint of oaky barrel. Very well made beer.
