Cosmic Charlie's base was our Cosmic Dawn - a kettle sour with plum puree. Passionfruit and blood orange puree were added, and aged for a few months in a rum barrel. Then - topped up with a peach sour saison. This one is a drinkable, slightly wild fruit salad!

Sample at the Sour Beer fest in Boston on 6/15/2019 My notes were simple and underlined. Fruity tart sour nice.
