Bottle. An almost clear one, with some floaties. Orange-golden in color and with a dense, creamy, off-white head. Some lacings. Looking good, but with too much chalk and yeast in the aroma. Oranges too, some pale malts and pine cones. The flavor has a nice bitterness, with orange-zest and pine cones. A nice carbonation level and more or less full-bodied. Lasting finish. Not too pleasant aroma, but it’s a fine brew anyway. 141219

Bottle. Pours with a clear golden body and a small white head that fades quite quickly. Aromas of fruity, tropical fruit, floral, lightly spicy hops. A bit of raw grain. Flavor is bitter, corn kernels and dusty peanutshells. Light tropical fruit notes. Probably the best beer I have had from Island yet. Thin with medium bubbles.
