Appearance: turbid yellow to orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy, piney and a touch of orangey hop notes; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet juiciness; finishes semi-citrusy toned rind-like bitterness
Texture: medium bodied - maybe a touch under; semi-sessionable; some smoothness; subtle hop bitterness assertiveness but mostly non-offensive
Overall: pretty nice NEDIPA. Glad this brewer knows how to get it done right these days!

On tap at the public house neat Queechee Gorge. Lightly hazy light gold in color with a decent bubbly off white head that slowly dissipates. Juicy fruity citrus and light earthy grass against a sweet bready maltiness. Pretty Nice beer.
